诚品拾光丨中国苏州丨观艺设计事务所

该项目是位于苏州诚品居所的penthouse住宅，原始结构为三面环窗的500㎡顶层复式公寓，坐拥金鸡湖最美的一线湖景。以湖景、光影与人文理念打造的空间语汇，给人一种温和的仪式感，在纯粹的现代主义中寻找新都市主义的诗意。

The project is a penthouse residence located in Chengpin Residence in Suzhou. The original structure is a 500 ㎡ top floor duplex apartment with three side ring windows, and it has the most beautiful lake view of Jinji Lake. The spatial vocabulary created by lake view, light and shadow and humanistic concept gives people a gentle sense of ceremony and seeks the poetic flavor of new urbanism in pure modernism.

一层空间最大化地采用开放式布局，同时利用Lualdi吊趟玻璃移门创造了一系列可开合的聚集空间。以独有的交互逻辑，让自然光和空气在整个空间里可以流动，让光影成为空间的主角，使空间自然形成通透又独立的特性。

The first floor space adopts open layout to the maximum extent, and a series of open and close gathering spaces are created by using Lualdi hanging glass sliding doors. With unique interactive logic, let natural light and air flow in the whole space, let light and shadow become the leading role of the space, and make the space naturally become transparent and independent.

用矩形框景的手法将原建筑的结构柱隐藏化解，截取一段风景，让视线无限扩展，让想象可以自由延伸。客厅区的沙发定位于面湖而坐的方位，无论阴晴，皆可品。

The structural columns of the original building are hidden and dissolved with the method of rectangular frame view, and a section of landscape is intercepted, so that the vision can be expanded infinitely and the imagination can be extended freely. The sofa in the living room is positioned in the direction of facing the lake. It can be tasted whether it is sunny or cloudy.

墙面大量使用了荷兰VESCOM暖灰色melvin材质，用300mm宽幅的橡木地板中和水泥的冷酷。以亨特Luminette丝柔垂帘对话四季光影，赋予空间一种独特的素净和温润力量，也许这个城市里最大的奢华是安静。

The wall is made of warm grey melvin material from Holland VESCOM, and the 300mm wide oak floor is used to neutralize the coldness of cement. The Hunt Luminette silk curtain is used to talk about the light and shadow of the four seasons, giving the space a unique power of purity and warmth. Perhaps the biggest luxury in this city is quiet.

柯布西耶和他的模度理论告诉我们，线、面、体的几何运用和比例、尺度的数学关系是一切美的基础，是先于材质，颜色等表皮参数的。“去符号化设计”是本案坚持的设计原则，从总体到细节均秉承去繁就简的极简主义思想。重点落在材料的组合和连接处的细节上。

Cobusier and his modulus theory tell us that the geometric application of lines, surfaces and bodies, and the mathematical relationship between proportions and scales are the basis of all beauty, which precedes skin parameters such as materials and colors. "De symbolization design" is the design principle of this case, which adheres to the minimalist idea of "eliminating complexity and simplifying" from the overall to the details. The focus is on the combination of materials and details of joints.

为了延续一层的视觉通透性，通往二层的楼梯采用悬浮设计，使用20mm厚哑光质感的意大利Santamargherita岗石包覆，让阳光和空气肆意流淌。

In order to continue the visual permeability of the first floor, the stairs leading to the second floor adopt the suspension design, and are covered with the Italian Santamargherita granite with a 20mm thick matt texture to let the sun and air flow freely.

由实心雪松木手工打造Molletta“衣夹”长凳来自Riva 1920。楼梯平台旁边的它雕塑感十足，作为家庭成员每年生日的留影处，随着时间的推移，也会唤起他们的情感记忆。

Handcrafted from solid cedar, Molletta "clothes peg" bench comes from Riva 1920. It is full of sculpture beside the stair landing. As a photo location for family members' birthdays every year, it will also evoke their emotional memories as time goes by.

楼梯的玻璃扶手固定件也延续了夹子的元素，与长凳遥相呼应，使得楼梯细节更加统一且丰富。

The glass handrail fastener of the stair also continues the clip element, echoing the bench from afar, making the stair details more unified and rich.

二层空间设置为5个独立的套房，考虑到每位家庭成员的个人空间，也要确保他们彼此之间的连接感。

The second floor space is set with 5 independent suites. Considering the personal space of each family member, it is also necessary to ensure their sense of connection with each other.

将自然光引入室内，通过空间的起承转合，让空间以一种非常特殊的方式与湖景和城市发生关联。居所的故事伴随着光和影的两种侧面，人生亦然。历经光阴，那些纹理、光线、颜色、以及所发生的点滴，相互作用融合，赋予我们不同的人生体悟。光影随心，时光永恒，以空间为序，做生活的追光者。

The natural light is introduced into the interior, and the space is connected with the lake view and the city in a very special way through the transformation of the space. The story of residence is accompanied by light and shadow, and so is life. Through time, those textures, lights, colors, and the little things that happened interact and blend, giving us different life experiences. Light and shadow follow your heart, time is eternal, take space as the order, and be the pursuer of life.
