一潮山海餐厅丨中国昆明丨境容设计

昆明地处高原地带，或雪峰连绵，或水光縠皱，鲜明的“梯度感”是云南天然风光的独特标签。从得天独厚的自然地貌发想，设计师将“层次”与“节韵”运用到空间的谋篇布局之中，餐厅外墙采用百叶帘的样式，疏落的斜棂设计连通内外空间，让气息自然流动，也令人由此构造联想到累波叠浪般的梯田绝景。

Kunming is located in the plateau, with continuous snow peaks and water and light. The distinct "gradient" is the unique label of Yunnan's natural scenery. From the unique natural landform, the designer applies "level" and "Rhyme" to the layout of the space. The exterior wall of the restaurant is in the form of blinds, and the scattered inclined lattice design connects the internal and external spaces, so that the breath flows naturally. It also reminds people of the unique scenery of terraced fields like waves.

上世纪六七十年代，从上海出发的知青们为云南带了新的活力与新生。但世易时移，如今的游客早已难从冰冷的纪念碑中感知一个时代的热情。设计师将云南的天成之美与城市的人文气质融为一体，以设计铭记这段被时光遗忘的历史，为室内空间带来全新体验。

In the 1960s and 1970s, educated youths from Shanghai brought new vitality and rebirth to Yunnan. However, time has changed, and it is already difficult for tourists to feel the enthusiasm of an era from the cold monuments. The designer integrates the natural beauty of Yunnan with the humanistic temperament of the city, so as to remember this history forgotten by time and bring a new experience to the interior space.

在云南在这个充满理想与想象力之地，落梅如絮、山花似火、秋田澄透、远山叠翠，鲜明的色彩就是最具标志性的特征。本案打破了一贯以材质、造型分区的思路，反而以丰富的色调保持设计内在的一体性，通过不同颜色分割空间情绪。酒水与海鲜展台强调视觉的通透感，食材最为本真的质感与醇厚酒色交映，在灯影错综间呼应“一潮山海”的盛势。

In Yunnan, a place full of ideals and imagination, plum blossoms are like catkins, mountain flowers are like fire, autumn fields are clear, and distant mountains are emerald. Bright colors are the most iconic features. This case breaks the idea of dividing the space by materials and shapes. Instead, it maintains the inherent unity of the design with rich colors, and divides the space emotions through different colors. The wine and seafood booth emphasizes visual transparency. The most authentic texture of the ingredients and the mellow wine color reflect each other, echoing the prosperity of "one tide, one sea and one mountain" among the intricate lights and shadows.

植物作为景观中富有生命力的造景元素，诠释着人对自然的感悟。将碧树繁花植入商业空间，以自然之美呼应云南之美的无限可能，通过自然景观让空间“活”起来是设计的关键。设计师在空间各处布置形态各异的绿植，将室内绿意相生之形，化为蓬勃生长之意，传递着一种崇尚自然的内在力量。

Plants, as the vitality of landscape elements, interpret people's understanding of nature. Planting green trees and flowers in the commercial space, echoing the infinite possibilities of Yunnan's beauty with the beauty of nature, and making the space "live" through natural landscape is the key to design. The designer arranges green plants in different forms everywhere in the space, transforming the shape of indoor green ideas into the meaning of vigorous growth, and conveying an internal force of advocating nature.

餐厅主打高端潮汕菜系，尤擅花胶、龙虾、东星斑等珍贵食材的烹制，山材海味的汇聚酝酿出“一潮山海”的大气店名。设计师取潮汕菜讲求的“色、香、味、型”贯汇于空间的设计之中，将潮汕菜的灵动惊艳煲进绵远时光之中。

The restaurant focuses on high-end Chaoshan cuisine, and is especially good at cooking precious ingredients such as flower glue, lobster and East Star spot. The gathering of mountain materials and seafood has brewed an atmospheric name of "one tide, one sea and one mountain". The designer integrates the "color, fragrance, taste and shape" of Chaoshan cuisine into the design of the space, and brings the smart and amazing Chaoshan cuisine into a long time.

肇基于万里梯田的色彩斑斓，包间以自然色彩的四时变化来区分主题，不同的主题色调刻画出或厅堂欢宴、或竹楼小酌、或月下闲饮的场景氛围。除了丰富的云南风格，设计师也将店名“一潮山海”融于布局，或山或海的艺术画作将空间连结为有机整体，山风海浪自迈入空间的一刻就排空而来，让人不觉间已跟随浪潮，流向山海彼方。

Based on the colorful terraces, the private rooms distinguish the themes by the four-time changes of natural colors. Different theme colors depict the scene atmosphere of banquets in the hall, drinking in the bamboo tower, or drinking in the moonlight. In addition to the rich Yunnan style, the designer also integrated the store name "Yichao mountain and sea" into the layout, or the art paintings of mountains or seas linked the space into an organic whole. The mountain wind and waves emptied from the moment they entered the space, making people unconsciously follow the tide and flow to the other side of the mountain and sea.
