Andaz酒店由荷蘭設計事務所Concrete設計完成。室內設計反映了巴伐利亞的當地文化和當前的流行時尚。

The Andaz hotel was designed by Concrete, a Dutch design firm. The interior design reflects the local culture and current fashion of Bavaria

酒店所在的社區名為Schwabing，它位於德國巴伐利亞州首府慕尼黑北部。Schwabing是該市最高檔的社區之一。它是著名的德國前衛街區、新藝術派建築街區。

The neighborhood is Schwabing, north of Munich, the capital of Bavaria. Schwabing is one of the most upscale neighborhoods in the city. It is a famous German avant-garde block, art nouveau architectural block.

這是德國的第一家Andaz酒店，同時也是歐洲的第三家。巴伐利亞文化的許多方面都融入到酒店的設計語言中。例如，在天然石材地板上、天花板上以及入口區域的菱形立柱上複製了巴伐利亞州的藍白相間的菱形國旗的菱形圖案。

It is the first Andaz hotel in Germany and the third in Europe. Many aspects of Bavarian culture are incorporated into the design language of the hotel. For example, the diamond pattern of the Bavarian blue and white rhombohedral flag is reproduced on the natural stone floor, ceiling and rhombohedral columns in the entrance area.

酒店的整體色彩十分鮮艷，選用的燈飾和裝飾藝術品也是現代感十足，突出了酒店新潮時尚的特點。Andaz最核心的是對本地文化的理解，在這裡就得到了很好的詮釋。
