多功能客厅

| 小空间

名珏公寓始建于 2005 年，位于杭州市上城湖滨景区内。作为小型酒店式公寓（70²m），受限于小空间尺度，容易出现视觉拥挤感，进而影响到整个空间的精致程度。此次采用小空间大尺度的空间布局策略，开放式的公共空间犹如一个巨大的容器，包容着一切。

Ming Jue Apartments was built in 2005 and is located in the Lakeside View area of Uptown Hangzhou. As a small serviced flat (70²m), it is limited by the small scale of the space. It tends to have a sense of visual crowding, which in turn affects the refinement of the whole space. This time, the space layout strategy of small space with large scale is adopted, and the open public space is like a huge container that embraces everything.

| 回游动线

将多功能客厅、餐厨空间、衣帽间、起居室以及卫生间有机串联起来，室内全屋铺设木地板，视觉上扩大餐厨区的面积，也让室内空间更为完整。

赋予整个居所灵动的活力，自然气韵通透流畅，自由流淌。不同的功能区之间相互借景，感受时光的质感和温度，让心灵随着步移景异的空间行走。

The multi-functional living room, dining and kitchen space, cloakroom, living room and bathroom are organically linked together, with wooden flooring throughout the house, visually enlarging the dining and kitchen area and making the interior space more complete. The whole residence is given a dynamic energy and the natural atmosphere flows freely. The different functional areas borrow from each other to feel the texture and temperature of time, allowing the mind to walk along with the space that changes with each step.

厨房

| 餐厨空间

有别与传统住宅，厨房与多功能客厅成为主角。孩子对厨房的渴望是天生的，盆盆罐罐、各式锅具、叉勺碗筷，在他们眼里是过家家的“玩具”，洗洗涮涮、煎炒烹炸，又刚好符合他们喜欢玩水、做饭的天性。于是一个“宽敞厨房+餐厨一体+随时和孩子互动”的设计应运而生。

Unlike traditional homes, the kitchen and the multifunctional living room take centre stage. Children are born with a desire for the kitchen. Pots and pans, forks, spoons and dishes are all toys for them to play with, and washing, frying and cooking are just what they need to play with water and cook. The result is a "spacious kitchen + dining + interaction with the children at all times" design.

| 多功能客厅

对于孩子在成长阶段的家庭来说，需要保证充足的活动动线满足孩子的嬉戏，也需考虑家庭成员聚集在此的共同活动。为此我们没有刻意放置整体家具来确定客厅的属性，灵活的布置也给玩耍更多的可能性，比如沙发推到一边，就空出了“赛跑”的场地。

For families with growing children, there is a need to ensure that there are sufficient lines of movement for the children to play, but also for the family to gather here for common activities. For this reason, we have not deliberately placed the entire furniture to define the character of the living room, and the flexible arrangement gives more possibilities for play, for example, by pushing the sofa to one side to make room for a "race".

|卧室

延续自然温暖的色调，回归自然本真，

温润气质，大地色系，发挥其固有的温暖和触感。

洞石沿着墙边与地面蔓延至窗边，柔软的光被木百叶筛碎，

反射在艺术涂料墙上，刻意而为的“不完美”。

撒在窗边，静下来感受风的流动，独享静谧时光。

A continuation of the natural warmth of the palette, a return to the natural, warm temperament and earthy tones that play with their inherent warmth and tactility. Travertine spreads along the walls and floors to the windows, where the soft light is sifted by the wooden louvers and reflected on the art-painted walls, a deliberate "imperfection". Scattered around the windows, quietly feeling the flow of the wind, enjoying the quiet time alone.

卧室

自然触感

追求自然触感是我们一直以来贯彻的核心理念。此次选用许多天然材质来呈现居住空间的包容性，通过对材质粗糙和细腻的不同处理，让距离感和亲和力这种矛盾的差异同时存在，洞石和柚木的轮廓线有序的递进，洞石略微粗糙的触感，拥有自身的岁月美感，以质朴取代奢华。

The pursuit of the natural touch is a core concept that we have always implemented. This time many natural materials were chosen to present the inclusiveness of the living space, through the different treatment of rough and delicate materials, allowing the contradictory difference of distance and intimacy to exist at the same time. The orderly progression of the contour lines of travertine and teak, the slightly rough touch of travertine, possesses its own beauty of age, replacing luxury with rusticity.

| 生活态度

整个空间在色调上保持了高度的一致。无处不在的木质让人联想到旷野和森林，从而延展至大地、天空、河流、土壤，极其低调的棕咖、土褐、以及黑白灰成为空间的主要色调。利用各种颜色深浅调配的发散组合，营造出踏实而舒缓的空间基底。

There is a high degree of tonal consistency throughout the space. The ubiquitous wood evokes the wilderness and forest, which extends to the earth, sky, river and soil, and the extremely understated palette of brown, earthy brown and black, white and grey dominates the space. The combination of shades of colour creates a solid and soothing spatial base.

人们和居所的关系正在成为人与城市关系的另一种缩影。

舒适的空间，关乎着内在的健康和情绪的落地。

本次项目旨在为居住者提供一种朴实无华的当代生活，设计力求简单，以人为本，赋予空间舒适度和生命力。

The relationship between people and their homes is becoming another microcosm of the relationship between people and the city. A comfortable space is about inner wellbeing and emotional grounding. This project aims to provide a simple and unpretentious contemporary living for its occupants, with a design that strives to be simple and human-centred, giving comfort and life to the space.
