HUB has a total of 28 employees and is structured around 5 teams. All of the staff are engineer-architects or architects. Each team handles several projects of varying scale levels. We combine a high degree of employee autonomy with the direct involvement of both founding partners. An open outlook goes hand in hand with a long-term vision.
