广州华福大厦 110㎡现代感性住宅设计丨中国广州丨奕米設計工作室

空间的魅力在于化解矛盾，创造需求与机能的和谐统一。

本案项目位于荔湾区的一座 110 平住宅，屋主为一家三口，原有户型格局与装修随着时间的流逝也变得老旧，希望通过重新的改造设计能老房子焕发新的一面。

The charm of space lies in resolving contradictions and creating the harmonious unity of demand and function.

The project in this case is located in a 110 square meter residence in Liwan District, which is owned by a family of three. The original house type pattern and decoration have become old with the passage of time. It is hoped that the old house can shine a new side through the new transformation design.

設計说明

Design description

原始结构为五室两厅，原格局厨房/卫生间相对狭小，空间没有得到合理的运用；前业主在原有结构上隔出一个小房间，导致原有的房间空间布局相对紧凑且昏暗，客餐厅的功能没有得到充分的利用。改造的首要是重新梳理动静区及布局，优化整个空间的动线及生活场景。

改造后：

1. 原厨房狭小，重新规划为水吧区合并客厅，客厅布局更加规整。

2. 将原有厨房功能进行调换，使得整个厨房使用空间更优化，同时满足电器柜、冰箱及充足的储物空间。

3. 客厅与餐厅空间动线不合理，餐厅与厨房空间整合一起，客厅也相对原有更加方正。

4. 卧室储物空间少及墙体凹凸区域多/重新规划房间布局，地台及定制柜子设计有效利用原有的空间。

# A LIVING ROOM

- 客 厅

客厅重新规划后更加规整，布局及动线更加流畅。客厅横梁较多，通过适当弧形天花及造型弱化其建筑结构压抑能增加些装饰性的元素。

The living room is more regular after re planning, and the layout and moving line are more smooth. There are many beams in the living room. Weakening the architectural structure through appropriate arc ceiling and modeling can add some decorative elements.

干净的客厅与墙面，全屋柜体都以白加局部黑色为主，营造一种简洁感，让舒适区域舒适自如，享受居住欢愉。

The clean living room and wall, and the whole cabinet are mainly white and partially black, creating a sense of simplicity, making the comfortable area comfortable and enjoying the joy of living.

# WATER BAR AREA

- 水 吧 区

将原有厨房位置做一个调整，改为水吧区，满足业主日常的需求；同时呼应客厅空间，也能使得整个空间的过道有一个相对的延伸性。

Adjust the original kitchen location to a water bar area to meet the daily needs of the owner; At the same time, echoing the living room space can also make the aisle of the whole space have a relative extension.

# RESTAURANT KITCHE

- 餐厅 厨房

摒弃繁琐装饰，优雅的餐桌搭配，恰到好处地注入温柔情愫，为整个空间注入了不可多得的灵韵。

Abandon cumbersome decoration, elegant dining table collocation, appropriately inject tenderness, and inject rare charm into the whole space.

改造后的厨房，大 U 型的操作台能满足储物及操作空间，调整后的餐厅位置避免原有餐厅离厨房较远的距离，白色为主搭配木地板让就餐空间具有安宁的力量。

After the transformation of the kitchen, the large U-shaped console can meet the storage and operation space. The adjusted restaurant location avoids the long distance between the original restaurant and the kitchen. The white is mainly matched with the wooden floor to make the dining space have the power of peace.

# BEDROOM SPACE

- 卧 室 空 间

明媚的阳光传达着最舒心的松弛感，多面采光的空间，光影的交叠与重奏、时间的脚步，诉说着深入生活的美好故事。

The bright sunshine conveys the most comfortable sense of relaxation. The multi-faceted lighting space, the overlap and replay of light and shadow, and the pace of time tell a beautiful story of going deep into life.

受原有户型结构限制，在原格局上进行最优化的一个改造布置，地台结合定制柜子的设计也使得原有空间利用率最大化，同时空间也更加整体性。

Limited by the original house type structure, an optimized transformation layout is carried out in the original pattern. The design of floor and customized cabinet also maximizes the utilization rate of the original space and makes the space more integrated.

- 卧室空间

通过地台与木工吊顶做一个“盒子”元素嵌入，弱化原户型结构横梁与承重墙凹凸位，L 型的衣柜结合书桌卡在地台上，用最少的装饰元素使其房间最简洁状态。

A "box" element is embedded through the floor and woodworking ceiling to weaken the concave convex position of the beam and bearing wall of the original house type structure. The L-shaped wardrobe is stuck on the floor with the desk, and the room is in the most concise state with the least decorative elements.

以清透的原木材质、线条感，构建出温馨却不失质感的场域氛围，同时兼顾艺术的现代感性。

With clear log material and line feeling, a warm but textured field atmosphere is constructed, taking into account the modern sensibility of art.

- 卧室空间

现代人的生活之家已成为自有的精神之地，原有墙面凸出横梁，设计改造通过木工制作天花加入灯带，既能弱化横梁也可以营造氛围灯光。

The living home of modern people has become its own spiritual place. The original wall protrudes from the beam. Through the design and transformation, the ceiling is made of carpentry and the lamp belt is added, which can not only weaken the beam, but also create atmosphere lighting.
