广州 48.5㎡小户型逆袭，打造简约生活空间

此次的改造项目是一户位于广州市番禺区广地花园的住宅，原始建筑结构层高2.90米，实用面积为48.5m²。房子内主要居住人口是业主小两口，根据业主的需求把空间划分为客餐厅、厨房、卫生间、主卧以及书房。

The renovation project is a residence located in Guangdi Garden, Panyu District, Guangzhou. The original structure has a floor height of 2.90 meters and a useful area of 48.5m². The main resident population in the house is the owner's young couple. According to the owner's needs, the space is divided into guest dining room, kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom and study room.

本项目的整体色调为白色，在部分区域加以其他色彩的元素作为点缀。

The overall color of this project is white, and other color elements are added as embellishment in some areas.

入户玄关出做一个到顶的柜子，较大的空间可以满足业主鞋子等收纳的需求。

Make a top-to-top cabinet from the entrance hall, and the larger space can meet the owner's needs for storing shoes, etc.

卫浴空间的整体基调是白色，所以我们增加了一面水磨石墙面，作为整个空间的点缀，使纯白色的卫浴空间看起来感觉更加丰富。

The overall tone of the bathroom space is white, we added a terrazzo wall as an embellishment of the entire space, making the pure white bathroom space look richer.

厨房、客厅以及书房作为三段式排列开来，相互关联又互不干扰。厨房作一个T型操作台。将台面延伸到客厅，满足业主二人一起操作餐食的需求，为客厅的收纳提供足够的补充。

The kitchen, living room, and study are arranged in three sections, which are interrelated and do not interfere with each other.The kitchen is a T-shaped console.Extend the countertop to the living room to meet the needs of the two owners to operate meals together, and provide sufficient supplement for the storage of the living room.

客厅与书房之间做了一面矮墙作为隔断，矮墙即可作为客厅电视机的背景墙，也可作为书房的书桌隔断。在书房规划一整面的柜子，为业主提供收纳空间。

A low wall is used as a partition between the living room and the study. The low wall can be used as the background wall of the TV in the living room or the desk partition of the study.

Plan an entire cabinet in the study room to provide storage space for the owner.

客厅落地窗的位置，规划为餐厅区域的使用功能，也作平时休闲之处。

The location of the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room is planned as a function of the dining room area and also used as a place for leisure.

业主喜好拼图，在从入户玄关处到书房的长过道，留有一面白色的墙壁，可以展示他们的拼图作品。

The owners like puzzles. There is a white wall in the long aisle from the entrance hall to the study room to display their puzzle works.

The design of the invisible door at the entrance of the master bedroom is a color embellishment for the overall space.

The bedroom is based on white as a whole, matched with wood color, giving the space a comfortable atmosphere.
