越秀区 50 平米简约住宅，年轻人的理想空间

此次的改造项目是一户位于广州市越秀区北较场的住宅，原始建筑结构层高2.83米，实用面积为52.6m²。房子内主要居住人口是业主小两口，根据业主的需求把空间划分为客餐厅、厨房、公卫、主卧、书房、阳台以及衣帽间。

The renovation project is a residential house located in Beijiaochang, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou. The original building has a 2.83-meter-high structure and a practical area of 52.6m². The main resident population in the house is the owner's younger couple

. According to the owner's needs, the space is divided into a dining room, kitchen, public health, master bedroom, study, balcony and cloakroom.

本设计我们致力于打造一个现代简约的适宜小年轻居住的空间

In this design, we are committed to creating a modern and simple space suitable for small and young people.

利用阳台的空间做一个榻榻米，将此空间最大限度的容纳入客厅，使客厅显得宽阔。整体使用白色与灰色，极简的天花线条，在简单的空间做不简单的设计。

Use the space of the balcony to make a tatami, which will be accommodated in the living room to the maximum extent, making the living room appear wide. The whole use of white and gray, minimalist ceiling lines, do not simple design in a simple space.

应业主要求，需要一个柜子作为展示柜，所以我们在次卧这个空间做了一个展示柜，作为一个多功能区，次卧的空间也可以用做书房以及长辈朋友们来时提供休息居住的临时空间。

At the request of the owner, a cabinet is needed as a display cabinet, so we made a display cabinet in the second bedroom space, as a multi-functional area, the second bedroom space can also be used as a study room and temporary accommodation for the elder friends space.

卧室在材质上较多使用木质色彩，地面使用木地板，窗台位置也使用木饰面板做出造型，给空间增加些层次感，并在靠窗位置给女业主做了一张梳妆台。

The bedroom uses more wood color in the material, the wood floor on the ground, and the wood paneling on the window sill to add a sense of layering to the space, and a dresser for the female owner in the window.

由于业主对于储物空间的需求量相对较大，所以我们在卧室里做了一个衣帽间，充分满足了业主平时衣物饰品等的收纳需求。

Because the owner's demand for storage space is relatively large, we have built a cloakroom in the bedroom to fully meet the owner's usual storage needs for clothing and accessories.
