JSXC·施宅 | 一家五口的宜居改造

此次的改造项目是一户位于广州市天河区教师新村的住宅，原始建筑结构层高2.84米，实用面积为86m²。86平米的

房子内容纳了业主一家五口的生活起居，居住者包括一对小年轻、两位长辈。根据业主的需求把

空间划分为客餐厅、厨房、公卫、主卧、长辈房、小孩房以及主卫。

The renovationproject is a residential house located in teacherxin village, tianhe district, guangzhoucity. The original structure is 2.84 meters high and the usable area is 86m².The86-square-meter house accommodates a family of five, including a young couple,two elders and a baby on the way.According to the demand of owner divides thespace into sitting room, kitchen, public health, advocate lie, elder room,child room and advocate defend.

我们把此次改造的功能目标定为三室两厅两卫宜居之家，一次性解决通风、采光、潮湿三大问题，并且打造多种功能的空间，满足将来一家五口学习、工作、休息等多种生活状态的需求。

We set thefunctional goal of this transformation as a livable home with three rooms, twohalls and two bathrooms, which can solve three problems of ventilation,lighting and humidity at one time, and create a space with multiple functionsto meet the needs of a family of five living conditions such as study, work andrest.

客厅电视背景墙设计上做了一整面的柜子，在收纳空间上有了大大的提升，背景墙柜子与鞋柜的设计中运用上了木板的连接，使得整面空间有了一个整体性的设计。

The cabinet that dida whole face on design of wall of sitting room TV setting, there was bigpromotion on receiving a space, the connection that used went up plank in thedesign of cabinet of cabinet of setting wall and shoe, make whole face spacehad a integral sex to design.

改造前的餐厅紧邻一个房间，房间的墙体与门使得整个用餐区域相当狭小，改造后打掉了房间的门与墙体，使得在客厅餐厅两个区域空间上有了更大的视觉感受，并在原有房间的位置上设计了一个橱柜与冰箱。

The dining-roombefore transforming is close to a room, the wall of the room and door makewhole have dinner area quite narrow, the door that knocked off the room aftertransforming and wall, make on the space of two area of sitting room diningroom had bigger visual experience, and designed a ambry and freezer on theposition of original room.

改造前的厨房紧邻客餐厅，但是由于四周都有墙面阻隔，视觉上有了很大阻碍，改造后的厨房采用了开放式的格局，宽敞明亮，并且将厨房中两面墙体打掉后采用了两个玻璃移门设计，在视觉上也使得厨房与客厅空间形成一个整体在空间和采光上也有了更好的体现。

原始的公共卫生间没有做大的改动，在基础的空间上做了基础的移动调整，由于改变了主卧进门的方向，改造时将原有主卫整体缩小了格局，两个卫生间让四口人可以舒适的使用卫生间，并且做了干湿分离，让使用者不会互相干扰。

项目原来的小孩房空间改造为长辈房，考虑到老人家喜欢传统一点的风格，设计师在长辈房的改造下采用了大量的原木色搭配一些传统的家具及装饰品。

The original childroom space of the project is transformed into the elder room, considering theelderly people like the traditional style, the designer used a lot of woodcolor to match some traditional furniture and decorations under thetransformation of the elder room.

未来的儿童房，原本简约的原木色空间，因为卡通的玩具、床上用品及玩偶的装点，变得童趣十足。

The children room ofthe future, original contracted log color space, because of cartoon toy,bedding and doll deck, become tong qu is dye-in-the-wood.

主卧改造后将原来入口处稍微移动位置，通过优化改造后采用了榻榻米床的设计，使得房间空间上更具整体性，简约的原木风设计使得主卧的素雅大方，回避刻意的装饰，已简洁手法代之。

Advocate lie aftertransforming original entrance moves position slightly, adopted the design oftatami rice bed after optimizing transform, make more integral sex on roomspace, contracted log wind design makes the simple but elegant and easy ofadvocate lie, avoid deliberate adornment, already concise gimmick is replaced.
