项目背景

Background 

为打造高品质药用辅料生产基地，并建设国际一流药用辅料研究院，德国欧博迈亚（OBERMEYER）为人福药辅扩建项目提供园区总体规划及建筑设计。

Aiming to be a top-ranking pharmaceutical engineering industrial base and a world-class research center, OBERMEYER brings the overall plan of the industry park and the conceptual design of the architecture for Humanwell.

该项目位于湖北省赤壁市，是湖北省重点项目，总投资额约10亿元。赤壁因三国赤壁之战而闻名，是一个历史丰富、山清水秀的城市，它地处湖北省东南部，长江中游的南岸，为幕阜低山丘陵与江汉平原的接触地带，素有“湖北南大门”之称。

Located in Chibi, Hubei, this very project is one of the superior projects of Hubei Province, with a planned total investment of over 1 billion RMB. Chibi, also known as the Red Cliff, a famous battlefield during the Three Kingdoms Period, is a historical city with strong local culture. Being called as “the South Gate of Hubei”, Chibi is in the southeast of Hubei on the edge of Mufu hills and Jianghan Plain with the Yangtze River passing by.

项目基地位于赤壁市东侧产业区，主要外部物流交通通过赤壁大道与场地衔接，现状周边功能除了体育中心，主要以厂区功能为主，现状场地内部有小型山地地形。

Humanwell project lays in the industry zone of Chibi, the major external logistic circulation is connected to the site via Chibi Avenue. The surrounding areas are all factories except a sports stadium.

设计理念

OBERMEYER Concept

OBERMEYER 以药剂在人体中溶解的机理为灵感，意图打造一个生产与生活有机过渡并结合的园区。设计充分尊重现状地形，利用场地与城的高差，融入当地丰富的历史文化及自然景观元素，设计微地形景观，营造生态花园式厂房。

Inspired from the dissolution mechanism of medicine in the human body, OBERMEYER has devised an industrial park with organic transition and balance of productive energies within the daily life. Taking advantage of the existing topography, the design team creates functional landforms as part of the landscape, builds an ecological green factory zone with local culture.

在产业空间布局方面，OBERMEYER按照高标准企业园区设计，以解决城市功能到工业功能的过渡为出发点，沿体育中心一侧的总部大楼和行政大楼中布置厂区内偏生活类的功能，如科研，宿舍，体育活动，专家公寓及员工居住等；沿厂区功能地块一侧布置生产类功能，同时考虑生产类功能高效的物流要求；场地中央得到释放，形成一条共享的绿色空间，绿色开放空间同时服务生活和生产功能，有柔性的区隔开两个功能。

In terms of intelligent layout, OBERMEYER applies a high standard for industrial parks for resolving the division of urban context by industrial functions. Daily life activities are allocated in the headquarter and administration building, which is amalgamated with a running course, including research, dormitories, gymnasiums, apartments etc. The production functions in another hand, is set in close proximity along the street, so that communication, production and the logistic traffic reach high efficiencies. In between, a shared green space is generated spontaneously - it acts as a flexible green buffer serving both the life sector and the working zone.

各个功能组团根据具体的功能需求，以不同形式形成组团内部的绿色开放庭院空间以及院区内的中央花园跑道及配套运动场馆，为整个长期的提供了绿意盎然的健康生活工作环境，平衡生活与工作的节奏，引领时尚和谐低碳的生活模式。

Inside each functional group, a courtyard open space is provided, an overall central jogging circle connects every area, these ensure a healthy working-life balanced environment, leading to an active low-carbon green lifestyle.
