深汕健康城 | 打造一体化交通枢纽与活力城市空间

深汕合作区中心区位于广东省东南部，西北部与惠州市惠东县接壤，东与汕尾市海丰县相连，南临红海湾，是粤东通往珠三角地区的桥头堡，2017年开始，由深圳市全面主导合作区的发展和运营，以实现高标准的规划建设和发展要求。通过广汕高铁、深汕高铁以及多条高速公路与城际铁路的建设，未来深汕合作区将与深圳市中心形成密切便捷的交通联系。中心区总体设计目标为打造中国第一个健康城市示范区，成为带动粤东地区的发展引擎、对接深圳的品质城镇化样板、深汕合作区的综合核心。

设计通过生态本底分析，基于山形-水系的自然流域划分，本着保护洼地和重要文化地理景观、合理利用平坡地的原则，确定了生态和建设用地有机融合的基本格局，形成了大蓝绿比的山-河-海-城基本格局。

Based on the eco background analysis and natural division of mountain shape and water system, following the principles of depression preservation and important cultural landscape, utilizing the slope land reasonable, determining the basic pattern of the balance between ecological and construction land, a basic pattern of mountain-river-ocean-city with large blue-green ratio.

在用地布局以宜城大道和科教大道两条主要快速路为边界，形成集中城市建设区和自然融合建设区两类，奠定两核三轴的空间结构。两核分别为高铁TOD建设区；政务核心区。三轴分别为：中间的核心发展轴、西部的多元开发轴、东部的科教创新轴。

Interms of land use, two types of construction areas will be formed with two main expressways, Yicheng Avenue and Kejiao Avenue as the boundary, the centralized urban construction area and natural integration construction area. Two-core three-axis will be formed in the spatial structure. The two-core are high-speed railway TOD construction area and government core area. The three-axis are central core development axis, western multi-development axis and eastern science and education axis.

SMART & DYNAMIC FUTURE CITY” --- High-speed Railway Station Area Urban Design

位于深汕合作区中心区北部的高铁商务核心区，是中心区发展的重要引擎。当周围大量配套交通设施完善后，无论是地铁、单轨或其他交通方式城市的发展，在适合步行的范围内都将会被最大化，所谓的以交通导向的TOD开发将会实现。我们的目标是把深汕高铁站片区将设计成一个集生态、交通、商贸、服务、休闲生活于一体的复合型城市枢纽，构建充满智慧活力的未来城市，吸引年轻人来创业。

High-speed railway station area locates at the north of Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone central area, which is the engine of the developing. When mass-transport means settle down, no matter if it is railway or other traffic means, urban development in the walking distance of the public transport will be maximized. So called Transit Oriented Development (TOD) will be realized. Our concept aims to build an urban complex hub area integrated by ecology, traffic, commerce, service, leisure life, create a future city full of intelligent and dynamic, attracting talents to start business here.

Integrated Traffic Hub

高铁站商业综合体为单调乏味的交通设施注入新元素，改变传统的高铁站形象。站体建筑融合交通、餐饮、购物、娱乐、休闲、住宿等功能。围绕高铁站设计的环路疏散机动车交通，并与方格网道路形成高效的交通路网。引入单轨交通方式连接外部组团，与城际站、高铁站进行无缝衔接。来自深圳福田的高铁将从南部以地下铁的方式接入。

By the station complexes, new elements are injected into the monotonous traffic facilities, changing the image of traditional high-speed railway station. Station building is an integration of transportation, catering, shopping, entertainment, leisure, accommodation and other functions. Loop streets around the high-speed railway station, evacuating motor traffic, with the grid road system together constitute an efficient transportation network. The monorail (Elevated) in front of station connecting with the external city clusters, the intercity station and high-speed railway station generate seamless connectionin vertical direction. High speed rail from Shenzhen Futian will arrive this station from south in underground.

Compact Neighborhood Scale

规划将地块划分为100m*200m模块，紧凑的街区设计保证了步行的舒适性。车站北部通过与古城寨遗址连接的商业街，塑造充满活力的城市形象，南部开敞的城市公园连接东南边水库生态核心，为车站周边创造独一无二的城市形象。

The plan divides the parcel into a 100m*200m module, providing conditions for elastic branches and the combination development of the parcels. Small-scale blocks ensure the comfort of the walk. North of the station, through the commercial street connected with the ancient town, creates a vibrant urban image. South of the station, an open City Park connects the ecological core of the Southeast-side reservoir, creating a unique urban image for the station area.

Multi-Dimension Walking System

二层步行系统连接轨道南北商贸区块，连接南边公园和北边城市阳台。下沉广场结合地下商业开发与地下城际站。街道、绿地、广场等不同尺度与氛围的开敞空间为市民的休闲和社交提供了多样化的选择。

The sky-walk pedestrian system connects the north-South commercial block to the Chishi Riverside City Balcony in north and Parkside city balcony in south. The sunken plaza combines underground commercial development with underground intercity rail stations. The different scale open spaces of streets, parks, squares offer a variety of choices for the leisure and social life of the citizens.

“文化艺术荟萃湾”——政务片区城市设计

“A CULTURE & ART NEIGHBORHOOD”--- Administration Area Urban Design

位于深汕合作区中心区南部的政务文化核心区，是中心区发展的重要依托。政务片区的设计目标是创造宜业宜居的健康城市环境，强调浓厚丰富的人文艺术气息，构建青年人才荟萃的滨海城市。通过行政文化设施和公共服务设施的建设引导新城开发的SOD模式，在服务设施导向下推进深汕城的发展。

Administration area locates at the south of Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone central area, which is the key elements of the developing. Health is a positive concept, emphasizing the human, social and physical environment，the three aspects of enthusiasm. The design goal of Administration area is to create a healthy urban environment good for living and working, emphasizing the rich humanistic art atmosphere, constructing a coastal city of youth talents. Through the construction of administrative culture and social service facilities, the SOD model (Service-Oriented Development) promote to improve the municipal and public facilities in the developing area, promoting the development of new city.

【山—海轴线】Mountain-Sea Axis

利用基地的地形特征，创造串联一系列政务服务、公共服务设施的山—海轴线，从市民中心、城市客厅，直到海面的视线通廊营造宏伟、开放的城市形象。

Using the terrain characteristics of the site, create a series of government services, public service facilities on the mountain-sea view axis, from the Civic Center, Civic Square, intercity/monorail site to the City Living Room, sports park, beach Sea View corridor. Create a magnificent, open city image.

【活力绿环】Energetic Green Ring

自行车系统依托城市级绿道系统，环型的绿道系统连接各社区中心绿地，与中轴公园一同构建完善的城市绿地网络。局部自行车道以高架的形式穿越地块，同时绿环上可以进行多样的户外活动。

Bicycle riding is a healthy and low carbon friendly transportation mean. Bicycle system relying on urban green road system, we have created a ring-shaped green road system in the government district, and at the same time connected to the community center green space. With the Central Axis Park together, a perfect urban green space network will be built. Part of the bicycle way is elevated, which crossing the parcels without interrupting by ground level traffic, also ensure the safety of activities in the open space.

【屋顶花园+空中连廊】Roof Garden SkyWalk

立体多维的慢行系统连接重要的城市公共空间与交通枢纽，从市民广场、城际/单轨站点到城市客厅，创造了一条完全不受地面机动车交通干扰的空中步道，保证人行系统的连贯性和完整性。同时结合平台景观设计提供舒适优美的步行环境。

The three-dimensional slow-line system connects important urban public spaces and transportation hubs, from Civic Square, intercity/monorail station to the City Living Room, into the cultural building of the lake, we create a sky walk which is completely separate from the vehicle traffic on ground, ensuring the continuity and integrity of the pedestrian system. This sky walk in combination with the platform plant design provides a comfortable and beautiful walking environment.

【城市客厅

City Living Room

利用现有人工湖打造的城市客厅，为市民提供休闲和社交活动的场所。围绕湖区布置文化设施，丰富市民的文化生活，提升城市品位。中心湖畔的美食广场结合新鲜蔬果菜市场布置，倡导健康、简单的生活方式。

Use the existing artificial lake to create a City Living Room for the public, providing leisure and social activities place. The city-level public facilitiesare arranged around the lake area, enriching the cultural life of the citizens and establish the city identity. The Gourmet Plaza by the lake is decorated with fresh fruit and vegetable markets, advocating a healthy and simple lifestyle.
