格拉斯小镇丨中国北京丨TAB Space Studio

我的设计遵循三个黄金原则：

一是去掉任何不必要的东西；

二是注重舒适；

三是最华丽的东西实际上是最简单的。

My design follows three golden principles: One is to remove anything unnecessary; Second, pay attention to comfort; The third is that the most gorgeous things are actually the simplest.

TAB SPACE 与 Occhio 联合制作强力推出格拉斯简约现代的主题项目。灯光设计师 Axel Meise 于 1999 年在德国慕尼黑创立了 Occhio（意大利语，意为“眼睛”）。

TAB SPACE collaborated with Occhio to highlight Glass’s simple, modern theme.

Lighting designer Axel Meise founded Occhio (Italian for "eye") in Munich, Germany, in 1999.

Axel has spent more than 20 years leading Occhio to become one of the most innovative lighting brands in the industry. 格拉斯小镇

Grasstown

格拉斯小镇整体设计理念源自法国南部格拉斯，引入了法国格拉斯的人性规划理念和设计思想，特别强调尺度的适宜，人文氛围的营造，以及生态环境的保护性开发，体现了对传统居住习惯的回归和继承，以及对环境的尊重！实现了人与人、人与文化、人与自然的和谐共处，同时赋予了小镇更旺盛的生命力！

The overall design concept of Grasse town originates from Grasse in the south of France. It introduces the humanistic planning concept and design idea of Grasse in France, especially emphasizing the appropriate scale, the creation of humanistic atmosphere, and the protection and development of ecological environment, which reflects the return and inheritance of traditional living habits and respect for the environment! The harmonious coexistence between man and man, man and culture, man and nature has been realized, and the town has been endowed with more vigorous vitality!

格拉斯小镇整体绿化率超过 60%，如果将绿化带计算在内可达到 70%。项目西侧紧邻温榆河，内有 3 公里温榆河支流老河湾穿流而过，是北京仅有的纯天然水域蜿蜒穿过的别墅项目。24 万平的天然水域,300 亩原生态自然湿地,经常有像白鹭这样的珍贵鸟禽在此停留。

Grasse as a whole is more than 60 percent green, or 70 percent if the green belt is included. The west side of the project is close to the Wenyu River, and there are 3 kilometers of Laohe Wan, a tributary of the Wenyu River, flowing through it. It is the only villa project in Beijing with natural water winding through it. 240,000 square meters of natural waters, 300 acres of original ecological natural wetland, often such as egrets such as precious birds stay here.

地面使用肌理漆构筑环境氛围，灰色地砖提高对比度拉升空间距离。金属装饰画，绿色植物墙，布艺沙发地毯，现代科技的使用丰富又不失秩序。

The ground uses texture paint to build the environment atmosphere, and the gray floor tile improves the contrast and increases the space distance. Metal decorative painting, green plant wall, fabric sofa carpet, and modern technology are used in a rich and orderly manner.

独特的装饰吊顶，柔和的硬装处理，使整个空间保持在同一个秩序规则里，每个细节都精雕细琢力求极致。

感受钢琴的律动，闻草木的清香，卸下一身的疲惫，享受居家的舒适。

The unique decorative ceiling and soft hard decoration treatment keep the whole space in the same order and rule, and each detail is meticulously crafted to the utmost. Feel the rhythm of the piano, smell the fragrance of grass and trees, unload the tiredness and enjoy the comfort of home.

客餐区延续了多功能区的设计风格，运用光影的重要作用，塑造人与自然和谐相处空间氛围，在明亮的光线中与家人在沙发里看星光，共进晚餐享受宁静放松。

The guest dining area continues the design style of the multi-function area. It uses the important role of light and shadow to create a space atmosphere for people to live in harmony with nature. In the bright light, we can watch the starlight in the sofa with our family, and enjoy the quiet and relaxing dinner together.

下沉沙发与弧形楼梯相互呼应，楼梯环抱着沙发，沙发依靠着楼梯。自然光从楼上倾斜而下，为整个空间提供充足的自然照明。各种材质在这里碰撞交融，共同提高空间的质感与效果。

The sinking sofa and the arc staircase echo each other, the staircase encircles the sofa, and the sofa relies on the staircase. The natural light slants down from the upstairs to provide sufficient natural lighting for the whole space. Various materials collide and blend here to improve the texture and effect of the space.

（客厅）灰白色调充满空间，黑色岛台增加对比，十人圆形餐桌为家人提供充足的就餐区域。西厨岛台的吧台设计满足年轻需要的简餐生活，体现设计是为人服务的特点。

The gray and white colors fill the space, the black island platform increases the contrast, the round table for ten people provides sufficient dining area for the family, and the bar design of the western kitchen island platform meets the needs of young people’s simple dining life, reflecting the design is the characteristics of serving people.

只做简单的装饰，满足充足的储物功能与展示功能。岛台连接台面直达地面，犹如生命的律动。隐藏门设计使空间更加简洁。

Just make simple decoration to meet the display function of sufficient storage function. The island platform connects the table directly to the ground like the rhythm of life. The hidden door design makes the space more concise.

以光聚友，以墨微调，坐卧山林间原来是这样的，以手绘山水连纹为底色，行走生活之间，尽量简单的布置，省去繁琐的表达，用来聚会休闲的客厅也很讨喜。

Gather friends with light, fine-tune with ink, and sit in the mountains and forests. This is how it turned out. With hand-painted landscape patterns as the background color, walk through life with as simple a layout as possible, eliminating tedious expressions. The living room used for gathering and leisure is also very pleasing.

（客餐区）双向采光使得空间更加通透，深色家具增加空间对比，弧形线条增强空间流动性。

Two-way lighting makes the space more transparent, dark furniture increases spatial contrast, and curved lines enhance spatial mobility.

清冷简约的色调构筑空间的氛围，天然的石纹，柔和的布艺，倾斜的自然光共同构造出禅宗般的体验，使心灵、身体和灵魂平静。

The cool and simple colors build the atmosphere of the space, the natural stone patterns, the soft cloth art, and the slanted natural light jointly construct the Zen experience, making the mind, body and soul calm.

柜体采用格栅板透光的同时能更好的塑造通透感，木地板区域将整个床从地面凸显出来，从平面上将空间分割出来。采用无主灯设计将 Occhio 灯光效果与特点与空间完美结合。

The cabinet body uses grating plate to transmit light, and at the same time, it can better shape the sense of transparency.

The wood floor area highlights the whole bed from the ground and separates the space from the plane.

The design without main lamp perfectly combines Occhio lighting effect and characteristics with space.

（卧室）采用统一的石纹材质，银色的洁具设备，特殊定制的镜体，半透的亚克力书桌使空间更加简洁。书桌后是充足的收纳与展示柜，无论是书籍还是化妆品日后都有充足的储物空间。

The uniform stone texture material, silver sanitary equipment, special customized mirror body and semi-transparent acrylic desk make the space more concise. There is sufficient storage and display cabinet behind the desk, and there is sufficient storage space for both books and cosmetics in the future.
