汇豪阁作为北京长安街东第一个可以居住的精品稀缺顶层 LOFT 公寓，我们想把他打造的更具皇城气息的都市感觉。

Huihao Pavilion is the first livable top-floor LOFT apartment in the east of Chang’an Street in Beijing. We want to create a more imperial urban feel for it.

（一楼实景图）屋主是事业有成的夫妻，男主人热爱古典的优雅氛围，女主人希望家的设计为生活提供便利性，所以我们将古典与现代结合，从观赏性和功能性两方面出发，打造古典法式浪漫之家。

The owner is a successful husband and wife. The male owner loves the elegant atmosphere of the classics. The female owner hopes that the design of the home will provide convenience for life. Therefore, we combine the classic with the modern, and create a classic from the perspectives of ornamental and functional. French romantic home.

一楼玄厅

Xuan Hall on the first floor

现代与古典碰撞出的高雅气质，不仅是人们对过去经典设计的怀念和致敬，更是对当下流行室内风格的反馈和结合。这些年，我们见证了太多设计风格掀起热潮再悄然沉寂。只有复古风，经受漫长时间的洗礼之后，日新月异的世界，我们从未掩饰对美好事物本身的偏爱。

The elegant temperament created by the collision of modern and classical is not only people’s nostalgia and tribute to the classic designs of the past, but also the feedback and combination of the current popular interior styles. Over the years, we have seen too many design styles rise up and then go silent. There is only retro style. After a long time of baptism, in a world that is changing with each passing day, we have never concealed our preference for beautiful things.

挑空主厅 Empty the main hall

空间上的改造由单层采光变为双层采光，最大程度地体现了光感的穿插，楼梯与挑空客厅的结合，也使得其更具艺术性，同时也将长安街惊艳的城市天际线融入室内，延展的空间仿佛直接提升了空间品质。

The transformation of the space is composed of single-story lighting and double-layer lighting, which reflects the interspersed light to the greatest extent. The combination of stairs and empty living room also makes it more artistic, and at the same time, it also makes the stunning city skyline of Chang’an Street. The extended space seems to be integrated into the interior, which directly improves the quality of the space.

一楼会客交谈厅 Meeting room on the first floor

其原本空间浪费且楼梯及玄关西边部分采光不好，因此我们决定更改原户型的楼梯位置及挑空区域，经设计师改造后空间以华丽的展示方式，展现了新都市复式公寓的独特魅力。

The original space was wasted and the lighting of the stairs and the west part of the porch was poor. Therefore, we decided to change the position of the stairs and the empty area of the original apartment. After the designer’s renovation, the space showed the unique charm of the new urban duplex apartment in a gorgeous display way.

一楼书房

First floor study

约上长辈、朋友，围桌而坐，点上一炉熏香，沏上一盏清茶，在茶香之中，世上浮躁，皆化为平淡。

Meet elders and friends, sit around the table, light a furnace of incense, and make a cup of tea. In the fragrance of tea, the world’s impetuousness will become plain.

一楼餐厅 Restaurant on the first floor

空间色彩方面，这是一个色彩丰富的居家环境。高级灰色的环境打造了一个深沉古典的舞台，纯净的墙面上线条勾勒出优雅的法式风情。古典的绿色天鹅绒沙发与局部的红色配画打造一个充满浪漫与热情并存的派对乐园，各种装饰元素在此交织碰撞。红色的古典沙发、花哨的黑色长凳、脏粉色的吊灯，以及丰富的艺术雕塑，将这里打造成一个复古的后现代派乐园。

In terms of space color, this is a colorful home environment. The high-grade gray environment creates a deep and classical stage. The lines on the pure wall outline an elegant French style. The classical green velvet sofa and local red paintings create a party paradise full of romance and enthusiasm. Various decoration elements are intertwined and collided here, red classical sofas, fancy black benches, dirty pink chandeliers, and rich artistic sculptures, turning this place into a retro postmodernist paradise.

一楼卫生间 First floor bathroom

一楼卫生间深灰色系的卫生间，不强烈、不刺眼，低调中给人沉稳的力量。

The bathroom on the first floor is dark gray, which is not strong or dazzling, and gives people a calm power in a low-key manner.

二楼家庭互动厅 Family Interaction Hall on the second floor

空间结构方面，整体空间跳脱了人们对传统客厅的定义，它不再以造型为主导，而是集合了客厅、书房、阳台和休闲功能，形成一个拥有较高可塑性的复合功能区。

In terms of space structure, the overall space escapes the definition of traditional living rooms. It is no longer dominated by modeling, but integrates living rooms, study rooms, balconies and leisure functions to form a composite functional area with high plasticity.

二楼主卧室 Second master bedroom

精致简约，骨感的线条美，利用大量的木元素营造出温暖宁和的居家氛围，深浅搭配的灰色调家饰不仅带来视觉上的层次感，更为空间增添了静谧与优雅的气息，远离浮世，乐享清闲。

Exquisite and simple, skinny lines are beautiful, and a lot of wood elements are used to create a warm and peaceful home atmosphere. The shades of gray furnishings not only bring a sense of visual hierarchy, but also add a sense of tranquility and elegance to the space. Away from the floating world, enjoy leisure.

二楼次卧 Second floor bedroom

床品以素色为主，跳出一个暖色的抱枕，柔化空间氛围。弧顶的设计，既呼应了空间色调，又营造了卧室空间的柔美情调，让每次回到卧室都倍觉享受。

The bedding is mainly made of plain colors, and a warm-colored throw pillow jumps out to soften the atmosphere of the space. The design of the arc top not only echoes the color tone of the space, but also creates a soft atmosphere in the bedroom space, making it more enjoyable every time you return to the bedroom.

二楼衣帽间 cloakroom on the second floor

衣帽间以浅灰色系统柜量身打造收纳空间，左右两侧规划结合开放式层板、吊杆、抽屉的大型衣柜，将各式衣物、饰品分门别类储放，满足不同收纳需求。

The cloakroom uses light gray system cabinets to tailor the storage space. The left and right sides plan a large wardrobe with open shelves, hangers, and drawers to store all kinds of clothes and accessories in different categories to meet different storage needs.

二楼卫生间 Second floor bathroom

二楼的卫生间空间规划从业主的生活方式考虑，光洁、通透、时尚的设计，以黑白灰结合，以简约利落的材质铺叙与明亮大方的格局尺度，体现舒适优雅的生活态度，做到有格调、有品质的生活。

The bathroom space planning on the second floor is considered from the owner’s lifestyle. The clean, transparent and fashionable design is combined with black, white and gray, with simple and neat materials and a bright and generous layout, reflecting a comfortable and elegant attitude towards life, so as to have a comfortable and elegant attitude towards life. Style and quality of life.
